Anna Kazibudzka

Anna is an experienced specialist in finance and management, with extensive expertise in financial modelling, investment analysis and strategic planning. Her knowledge and practical approach have for years supported the development of complex projects and financial processes carried out in an international environment.

Since August 2023, Anna has held the position of Chief Financial Officer of the African Companies Segment. She is responsible for managing the financial liquidity of operations conducted in Africa, overseeing financial reporting, and leading corporate finance initiatives. Her role is crucial in maintaining financial stability and supporting the continued growth of our activities in the region.

Anna has been associated with the Luma Holding Group since 2014, when she began working as a Controlling Manager. She oversees budgeting processes, prepares long-term financial plans, and conducts analyses for investment projects within the African tin segment. She possesses strong qualifications in financial analysis, risk assessment and project management, and is highly proficient in tools such as Microsoft Excel, including Power Query and VBA, Power BI, as well as financial modelling techniques, including DCF.

Her analytical expertise and strategic approach enable her to draw accurate conclusions and effectively optimise financial performance in complex and multidimensional operations. Anna is a graduate of Finance and Accounting at the University of Economics in Katowice and has also completed postgraduate studies in finance and audit. She is currently continuing her professional development through ACCA certification and holds a PRINCE2 Foundation certificate in project management.
