She gained her international experience while working for Swisscom, a Swiss leading telecom provider, and BCG, which is an international strategy consultancy.

Before joining Luma Holding, Malgorzata was a senior VP at Swisscom, where she led the Mobile Products & Services team and also worked in the capacity of the Deputy EVP in the Mobile Business Solutions for Enterprise Customers department. She was responsible for improving clients’ digital maturity by leveraging mobile-based services and cutting-edge products. Her responsibilities included products and services associated with revenue amounting to hundreds of millions of Swiss francs.

Prior to this position, Malgorzata established and managed the Swisscom Foresight team identifying crucial future scenarios likely to have the largest impact on telecommunication, entertainment, and media industries and their clients. She also advised large corporate customers on their ICT including “Green-ICT” Strategy and mobile technologic innovation initiatives.

Malgorzata is an architect with experience in innovation, strategy consulting, and new product development. She worked as a senior researcher and lecturer at Swiss universities and holds a PhD degree obtained at ETH Zurich in “Spatial Visualisation of Abstract Information”. She is an INSEAD and IMD alumna.

Apart from her business activity, she enjoys her hobby of book cover designing and diving, she is also a new technology aficionado. Malgorzata lives with her family in Zurich, Switzerland.
