He began his professional career in 2003 at PHZ Bumar Sp. z o.o., where he gained experience in marketing before moving on to coordinate various areas of the company’s operations. Following the company’s transformation into Polski Holding Obronny, he joined the sales team responsible for coordinating the sale of products from Bumar Group companies to the Polish Armed Forces.

In 2016, he joined Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa (PGZ). From 2020, he served as Director of the Export Office and subsequently as Director of the Sales Department, where he was responsible for coordinating the PGZ Group’s sales processes in both domestic and international markets. His many years of experience in the defence sector have enabled him to develop extensive expertise in building business relationships and fostering cooperation between industrial partners.

He graduated from the University of Finance and Banking in Warsaw and completed postgraduate Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) studies at the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

At Luma Group, he is responsible for developing industrial cooperation in the defence and security sector. He supports the deployment of the Group companies’ capabilities in new projects and the development of long-term relationships with domestic and international partners, contributing to the implementation of Luma Holding’s strategic development priorities.
