She has extensive experience in management and production process optimisation. Her excellent communication and interpersonal skills facilitate establishing stable relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners. Magdalena gained her invaluable experience holding managerial positions in companies such as Zakłady Metalowe Postęp S.A., Zmorph S.A., Final S.A., and Yawal S.A.

In 2015, she ranked 8th in the “100 Women in Business” ranking, and in 2019, she received a special award in the 8th Edition of the Factory of the Year Competition in the CEO of the Year category.
