He worked for one of the largest groups of companies in Poland – ENEA, and for a government agency endowed with a budget for R&D and VC of PLN 5 billion/year. For several years, he has been actively participating in the operation of supervisory boards of companies (including those listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange) from energy, construction, developer, mining, and broker sectors. He was involved in the works of equity fund investment committees. He developed a concept and then exercised legal oversight of the selection of managers for CVC and VC funds with a total capitalisation of approx. PLN 1 billion, and 78 VC funds with a total capitalisation of approx. PLN 1.5 billion. Krzysztof was responsible for formulating a concept and launching a process of the supply of EV buses with a total value of over PLN 2 billion. He has vast experience in managing a team of several dozen legal counsels and employees responsible for fields such as compliance, corporate governance, safety, and real estate. He significantly contributed to key investment processes of the ENEA Group such as the acquisition of LW Bogdanka SA in 2015 by means of a call for subscription for shares. The transaction was the fourth largest M&A transaction on the Polish market and the most spectacular one on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2015.

In private terms, Krzysztof is an enthusiastic traveller and runner.
