Wojciech gained his experience working for Ernst & Young where he implemented various strategic, optimization and reorganization projects for international capital groups as well as for Polish biggest companies. As Managing Director in PKP S.A. Wojciech was responsible for centralization of support functions and building a purchasing group with a yearly spend of more than PLN 500 million.
In 2014 Wojciech became COO in PKP CARGO, second biggest EU rail cargo operator. He was responsible for all the operations of the Group with over 20 000 people. In PKP Cargo Wojciech also led a post-merger integration project after acquiring AWT, Czech second biggest carrier, in a transcation worth over EUR 100 million.
In 2016 Wojciech joined Luma Group where he took over the position of CEO at Kutno Foundry. Today he divides his duties between being the CEO of POSTĘP S.A. and his strategic role as CEO of Luma Automation where he is responsible for all Group operations as well as M&A projects.
