Filip Gorczyca

Filip is a manager with broad international experience across various industries, particularly in leading large transactions and financial management.

From 2017 to 2019, Filip served as CFO and Deputy CEO of Alior Bank. Previously, in 2016-2017, as Senior Investment Director at the Medicover Group, he was responsible for Medicover’s IPO on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. From 2004 to 2016 associated with PwC, where from 2011, as Vice Director, he was responsible for services related to capital markets in Central and Eastern Europe.
Filip is a graduate of executive education programs at the Harvard Business School and Singularity University, as well as of the Finance and Banking faculty at the Warsaw School of Economics. He is a certified public accountant in Poland and holds the ACCA certificate (FCCA).

He acts as Supervisory Board Member at four publicly listed companies: CCC, Ferro, Protektor and Artifex Mundi.

Filip’s personal interests include basketball and exponential technologies.
